Christ gives elders as gifts to his church. Elders act by the power of the Holy Spirit as undershepherds of Jesus Christ in caring for the flock which He purchased by His blood. Elders will give an account to God for their work. It is therefore a solemn charge to serve God’s people as overseers among them. North Point Baptist Church is pleased to have the following brothers serving as our elders.

Deacons are servants of the church who strengthen its unity in supporting the ministry of the elders. They do this by looking after logistical and administrative needs, thus freeing up the elders to the ministry of prayer and the word. The Scripture accords honor to those who serve well as deacons, God Himself owning the title of helper. In serving as a deacon one follows the example of Christ who came not to be served but to serve. North Point is pleased to have the following saints serving as deacons.
